All ICDL certificate holders/candidates, employers, or other stakeholders can verify the validity of the ICDL certificates, either via the ICDL China official website here for Online Certificate Verification, or via email to \n This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to apply for an official written proof of their ICDL certificates.

For Certificate Holders/Candidates AFTER January 1^st 2008:

Instructions for online certificate verification:

1. Click link for the ICDL Certificate Verification in this website and enter the specific webpage for certificate verification;

2. Enter the Serial Number printed on the upper right corner of your ICDL Certificate (see the figure above) in designated area as shown below:

For example, enter CN 115 021383 Z Z / 00

Note:  Please enter “00” in the last box in addition to the Serial Number on your Certificate (as shown above).

3. Key in the numbers as shown in the “Image Code”;

4. Click “Submit” to verify your Certificate.

Certificate holders/candidates outside DALIAN after January 1^st 2008  and all other certificate holders/candidates before January 1^st 2008 are currently unable to use the Online Certificate Verification due to data migration and consolidation. Please send email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it apply for an official written proof of their ICDL certificates.

ICDL China will provide two (2) free copies of official written proof for each certificate holder before January 1^st 2008. Candidates should apply to ICDL China to request extra copies of official written proof. The extra official written proof will cost RMB30 per copy.

Certificate holders/candidates who were only entitled to electronic ICDL Certificate or who request extra copies of hard-copy ICDL certificates should apply to ICDL China via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . The extra hard-copy ICDL certificate will cost RMB50 per copy.

Certificate holders/candidates MUST provide the following information to ICDL China when emailing ICDL China to request the official written proof or extra hard-copy ICDL certificates:

1) Full name
2) Skills Card number
3) Issuing date
4) Telephone/Mobile number
5) Email
6) Postal address

Certificate holders/candidates should ensure that he/she provide ICDL China with a correct and accurate postal address valid for at least one (1) month, so that the written proof and/or hard-copy certificate will be delivered to the designated address in a timely manner. If you haven’t received the written proof and/or certificate after our confirmation on receipt of your application, please contact us via email or phone.
